- Heat a pan on moderate flame, add peanut and fry for 4 to 5 mins. Stir continuously and evenly, don't make it black.turn off the flame and allow it to cool..
- Now, after cooling rub with hand and remove the skin and also split each peanut into two.then melt jaggery with water, continue to boil until you get 2 strings consistency, it will take 6-7mins on moderate flame..
- Add peanut and mix well at low flame for another 1 min and turn off the flame. Grease little ghee and Jaggery mix into the plate. Spread evenly all over the plate, cut as you desire still it is slightly hot. Allow it to cool down to room temperature. The peanut Chikki Moongfali is ready..
