  1. Prepare 500 gm of Methi (fenugreek leaves).
  2. It’s 2 of Aloo (potatoes) medium sized.
  3. Prepare 1 of Tomato medium sized finely chopped.
  4. It’s 8 of Garlic buds finely chopped.
  5. Make ready 2 of Green chilli finely chopped.
  6. You need 1/4 tsp of Hing /asafoetida.
  7. Take to taste of Salt.
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp of Haldi (Turmeric)powder.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Dhaniya(Coriander) powder.
  11. It’s 3 tbsp of Oil.

  1. Wash and cut the methi,aloo & chilli,garlic.
  2. Heat a pan and add oil. Now add garlic & chilli and fry l min and add hing.
  3. Now add aloo and methi & mix well.
  4. Add tomato and mix well. Now add dry masale..
  5. After add masale cover & cook 5 min..
  6. After 5 min fry medium flame 3 to 4 min.
  7. Ready to serve…..
