- Prepare 500 gm of Methi (fenugreek leaves).
- It’s 2 of Aloo (potatoes) medium sized.
- Prepare 1 of Tomato medium sized finely chopped.
- It’s 8 of Garlic buds finely chopped.
- Make ready 2 of Green chilli finely chopped.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Hing /asafoetida.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Haldi (Turmeric)powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Dhaniya(Coriander) powder.
- It’s 3 tbsp of Oil.

- Wash and cut the methi,aloo & chilli,garlic.
- Heat a pan and add oil. Now add garlic & chilli and fry l min and add hing.
- Now add aloo and methi & mix well.
- Add tomato and mix well. Now add dry masale..
- After add masale cover & cook 5 min..
- After 5 min fry medium flame 3 to 4 min.
