Ingredients of Mix Sabzi
- You need 2 of potatoes cubed.
- It’s 1 of small turnip cut in small cubes.
- Make ready 1 of radish cut in small cubes.
- Prepare 1 of capsicum cut in cubes.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of peeled peas.
- Prepare 250 gms of spinach chopped.
- You need 1/2 cup of methi leaves.
- You need 1 of small cauliflower cut in small cubes.
- Take 2-3 of green chillies cut in halves.
- You need 1 of large carrot in small cubes.
- It’s 1 of brinjal in cubes.
- Prepare 1 of small Loki in cubes.
- Take of Salt to taste.
- Make ready 1 of two red chilli powder.
- Take 1/4 tsp of haldi powder.
- Take 2 of tomatoes diced.
- You need 1 tsp of white zeera.
- Make ready 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
Mix Sabzi step by step
- In a pot,put oil and zeera and let it pop. Now add tomatoes,gg paste and spices with some water and let the masala cook fie 10-15mins..
- Now add turnip,peas,cauliflower, Loki and let it cook for sometime..
- Now add potatoes and 1/2 cup water and let it cook..
- Add methi,palak and bengan and cook..
- Cook until all veggies are done,oil separates and water dries. Serve with chapati..
