- It’s 2 Cup of Idli rice.
- Take 3/4 Cup of Urad Dal.
- You need 1 Cup of cooked rice.

- Prepare of Aloo Masala.
- It’s 4 of Big Potatoes.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- It’s 3 of Green Chillies.
- You need 1 of small inch Ginger finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 of Tomato.
- Take leaves of Curry.
- It’s 1 tsp of Mustard.
- It’s 1 tsp of urad /channa dal.
- It’s of oil.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- You need of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Lemon Juice.

- It’s 100 gm of Paneer.
Open Cheese Masala Dosa step by step
- For Idli / Dosa batter i use same jus grind everything and ferment..
- For Aloo Sabji: In a pan add oil, Splutter mustard seed,urad dal and add onion sauté till soft..
- Add curry leaves and chillies and ginger cook for while. Then add salt and turmeric powder cook while add tomato cook till soft..
- Then add mashed potato,paneer and cover and cook for while. Then add little water and salt to taste lemon juice and coriander leaves..
- Once you make dosa spread masala and top it with cheese and cover with lid till it melts..
