Ingredients of Open Cheese Masala Dosa

  1. It’s 2 Cup of Idli rice.
  2. Take 3/4 Cup of Urad Dal.
  3. You need 1 Cup of cooked rice.

  5. Prepare of Aloo Masala.
  6. It’s 4 of Big Potatoes.
  7. Prepare 1 of onion.
  8. It’s 3 of Green Chillies.
  9. You need 1 of small inch Ginger finely chopped.

  11. Take leaves of Curry.
  12. It’s 1 tsp of Mustard.
  13. It’s 1 tsp of urad /channa dal.

Open Cheese Masala Dosa step by step

  1. For Idli / Dosa batter i use same jus grind everything and ferment..
  2. For Aloo Sabji: In a pan add oil, Splutter mustard seed,urad dal and add onion sauté till soft..
  3. Add curry leaves and chillies and ginger cook for while. Then add salt and turmeric powder cook while add tomato cook till soft..
  4. Then add mashed potato,paneer and cover and cook for while. Then add little water and salt to taste lemon juice and coriander leaves..
  5. Once you make dosa spread masala and top it with cheese and cover with lid till it melts..
