  1. Soy sauce, mirin, sugar and dashi(powder). Prepare 200ml dashi broth from the powder..
  2. Cut the onion in half(lengthwise), then slice it into 7-8mm width.
  3. Heat soy sauce, mirin and sugar in a saucepan.
  4. Let it boil for a second.
  5. Add the beef and cook in high temperature for 2-3 minutes.
