Ingredients of Nargisi Pulao(Egg Pulao)
- You need 6 of eggs(boiled).
- It’s 3 of potato.
- Take 1/2 cup of peas(optional).
- You need 2 of onion large (sliced).
- You need 250 gm of yogurt.
- You need 1 tbsp of black pepper powder.
- You need 1,1 of /2 tsp salt.
- You need 1 tsp of all spice powder.
- Take 2 of cinnamon stick.
- Take 1 of star anise.
- Make ready 1 tsp of cumin seed.
- Prepare 10,12 of whole black pepper.
- It’s 3 of cloves.
- You need 1 of black cardamom.
- You need 3 of green cardamom.
- Prepare 3 of bay leaf.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of nutmeg & mace powder.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of yellow food color.
- Take 1/2 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of water.
- You need 1 cup of oil.
- Take 2.5 cup of rice(basmati).
- Take 3,4 cup of water(according to rice).
Nargisi Pulao(Egg Pulao) step by step
- Add onion in hot oil and let it golden then take out half onion from it..in remaining onion add cinnamon,star anise….
- Cumin seed,black pepper,both cardamom, cloves and bay leaf…
- Then add ginger,garlic paste mix it and add potato,peas….
- As well as add black pepper powder,salt,all spice powder and water (1/2 cup)mix very well and cover for 5 minute..
- After 5 minute add yogurt mix them and cover again untill potato half done, then add egg…
- Soaked rice mix very well and add water (4 cup) and cove it…
- Add food color in milk and set aside…
- Then water reduce frone rice sprinkle nutmeg& mace powder,food color and brown onion..and cover it first 5 minute cook on high flame then 7 to 10 minute cook on low flame…
