- Take of For Chicken balls.
- Take 500 grams of chicken mince.
- Make ready 1 of green chilli chopped.
- It’s 2 of whole red chilli.
- You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- Prepare 4-5 of black pepper corn.
- You need 5-6 of chopped garlic.
- Take 1/2 inch of ginger chopped.
- It’s 2 tbsp of chopped corriender.
- You need 3-4 of cloves.
- Make ready 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds.
- Make ready 1 of black cardamom seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of fresh methi.
- It’s of For Gravy.
- Make ready 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It’s 1 tbsp of dry kasuri methi.
- Prepare 1 cup of whisked curd.
- Take 1/2 cup of milk.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of fresh cream.
- Take 1/2 cup of processed cheese.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Prepare 5 of garlic cloves chopped.
- Prepare 2 of green chillies nicely chopped.
- Make ready of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil for cooking.
- Take 1 tbsp of fresh coriander chopped for garnish.

- Take chicken mince in a mixer jar add salt and other chicken balls ingredients in it and blend it till creame smooth paste not to add water in it.
- Once done make balls of this grind mixture and keep aside.
- Now boiled the washed fresh methi with water,when done left out from hot water and dip in cold water.
- Now heat oil in pan add cumin seeds,after it add chopped garlic and green chillies and saute for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Remove all water from boiled methi and add this and stir it.
- Now add whisked curd in this methi mixture and continue stir till boil.
- Once boiled add salt and chicken balls in it cover it and cook it for 12 to 15 minutes or till balls completely cook.
- Add milk,cream,black pepper powder in a bowl and mix.
- Now add this in chicken and methi balls mixture,stir continue and again cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Finally add dry kasuri methi and cheese in this mixture and cook till cheese completely dissolved.
- Sprinkle fresh chopped Coriander for garnish at time of serve.
- Now Chicken Cheese Kasturi Kofta is ready to serve.
- Serve hot for more taste,serve with naan,kucha or chapati..
