Ingredients of Paneer stuffed Spinach Balls

  1. Take 1 bunch of Palak.
  2. Take 1 bowl of paneer or cottage cheese.
  3. Make ready 2 tsp of salt.
  4. Make ready 5 tbsp of besan.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  6. Take 1 tbsp of chilli garlic paste.
  7. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  9. Take 1 tbsp of oil.

  1. Firstly chop the palak and wash it..
  2. Now boil 2 glass of water and Put palak in it..
  3. Boil the palak for five mins..
  4. After that switch off and drain it in a strainer..
  5. Remove all the excess of water by pressing it in the strainer..
  6. Now take a kadai and heat oil in it..
  7. When heated, add cumin seeds..
  8. After cumin seeds, add Chilli garlic paste..
  9. Saute it for a while..
  10. Now after sauting, add besan and roast it upto three to four mins..
  11. After roasting, add palak and all dry spices ingredient..
  12. Mix it well and keep stirring it for few mins..
  13. Now switch off the flame..
  14. Transfer the mixture to the plate so that it cools down..
  15. On the other hand, finely mash the paneer in a mixing bowl..
  16. Add 1/2 tspn salt and 1/4 garam masala to the bowl..
  17. Mix it and make equal size balls of it..
  18. Now keep it aside..
  19. Now for outer layer take the palak mixture and make a soft dough..
  20. Now make same equal size balls of the dough but bigger then paneer balls..
  21. Now take one palak ball and flatten it like tikki..
  22. Now press it with your hands and stuff one paneer ball into it..
  23. Fold it carefully from all the sides of the paneer with palak dough..
  24. Give them ball shape..
  25. Make sure paneer should not be seen outside..
  26. Now make likewise all the balls of it..
  27. For frying, heat the oil in the kadai..
  28. When heated, drop the balls one by one slowly slowly..
  29. Dont over fill the kadai by the balls or otherwise it will get stuck to each other..
  30. Deep fry from both the sides..
  31. When gets golden brown and crisp, remove them from the oil on tissue paper..
  32. Now our Paneer stuffed Palak balls are ready to eat..
  33. It is healthy and yummy also..
  34. Serve it with green chutney or any other dip of your choice..
