Ingredients of Ande ki sabji
- Make ready 6 of eggs boiled and peeled.
- It’s 2 of onion finely chopped.
- It’s 2 of tomato finely chopped.
- Take 1 of boiled potato cut into medium size.
- It’s 1 cup of green peas.
- Take 1/2 cup of dahi or curd.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric or haldi powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri chilli powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of coriender power.
- You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of paw bhaji masala.
- Take 1 tbsp of ghee.
- Prepare of Salt to taste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of kasuri methi.
- You need of Oil.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of saboot jeera.
- Make ready 2 of green chilli chopped.
- Take 2 of red chilli saboot.
- Prepare 1 of bat leaf.
- Make ready 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
Gatte ki sabji is a popular gravy based dish from the Rajasthani cuisine.In this gatte ki sabji recipe, I have only added onions with some garlic and ginger.Egg & cabbage ki zabardast sabzi!!Aaj Mai ek bahut hi aasan si recipe lekar aayi hoon.
Ande ki sabji step by step
- Take a kadahi heat it and pour some oil now deep fried the egg and potato, keep it aside.
- In same pan now add our saboot masala like jeera, saboot red chili, chopped green chilli,bay leaf saute for 1 min,now add chopped onion, fry it when onion turn brown, now add ginger garlic paste,.
- Now add all dry ingredients like haldi, red chili, coriender, garam masala and paw bhaji masala, add litte water and saute till oil get separated, now add green peas, saute for 2min now add chopped tomato, and cover it on low flame for 4,5min.
- Now add curd or dahi mix Well and again cover for 5min, our masala is completely fry now add fried egg and potato mix all together, lastly add Ghee, kashmir chilli Powder and kasuri methi, cover it for 2min.
- Now add 2glass of water or as required, let it boil for 10 min in medium flam, when oil seprate off the flame and serve with chapati or rice.
