Cholle bhature instructions
- Pressure cook the chickpeas… To prepare the cholla, soak chickpeas in water overnight on fir 4 to 5 hours. Then put a pressure cooker on high flame nd add the soaked chickpeas in it along with salt to taste nd cook the chickpeas for 15-20 min…
- Nxt day drain all the water nd cook the chickpeas with water nd salt in a pressure cooker.
- U can also add a pinch baking soda…
- Drain the water nd keep the chickpeas aside.
- Saute the onion…. #meanwhile, put a pan on medium flame nd heat a little oil in it.. add thr sliced onion in the pan… saute the onion till golden brown… saute the ingredients for a few seconds… then its done.
- Add spices nd cook the chole… #Once the oil is separted, add red chill powder nd channa masala.. cook the tomato - onion mixture for anothet two min. Nd then add cookef chola with little water. Stir well to mix the msala with the cholaa of the chickpeas… cholaa is done.
- Prepare the dough… #now for making the bhhaturas, combine together all purpose maida… then add salt nd oil in it. Mix well… add the eno or curd.. u can addd a little water nd knead the dough.. its done.
- Cook the bhatura nd serve… # now pit a kadhai on high flame nd meanwhile take equal quanities of the dough nd roll big size bhatura… when the oil is nit enough, carefully add these bhaturas in the oil nd deep fry.. then take a plate nd serve chola bhatura hot…
