Ingredients of Eggnog

1. Prepare 3 of eggs.
2. It’s 1/3 cup of sugar.
3. You need 1 cup of full cream milk.
4. You need 1/4 cup of cream.
5. You need 1/4 cup of milk.
6. Make ready 1/2 cup of evaporated milk.
7. Make ready 1 tsp of vanilla flavor.
8. Make ready 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon.

Eggnog instructions

1. Break the eggs in a bowl and add sugar, whisk together until creamy..
2. Pour the egg mixture into a pot, add full cream milk, mix slowly on low heat..
3. Keep mixing, foam should disappear..
4. Draw a line on a spoon, if custard didn't run, it is ready..
5. Mix cream, milk and evaporated milk together..
6. Pour the milk mixture into the custard and whisk slowly..
7. Add vanilla flavor (preferably vanilla essence, in absence of it I use powdered vanilla)..
8. Add cinnamon and mix..
9. Enjoy hot or cold..
