  1. Prepare 1 packet of monaco biscuit.
  2. It’s 2 of onion finely chopped.
  3. Prepare 1 of potato boiled and cut into small cubes.

  7. It’s 1 cup of milk.

  1. Take a kadhai heat oil and saute onion till it changes it's colour to pinkish..
  2. Now add chopped capsicum and cook for for few mins till they are a bit tender..
  3. Now add the grated potatoes mix it well..
  4. Now add the maida keep stirring for a while then add the milk and cook on low flame till milk evaporates..
  5. Now add all the spices 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup mix it well..
  6. Finally add the grated cheese stir well and off the flame add the ioregano and mix it well..
  7. Your filling is ready keep aside to let it cool..
  8. Now in a bowl take 2 tbsp of tomato sauce and 1 tbsp red chilli sauce mix it well keep aside..
