Ingredients of Brushetta

1. Take 1 of indian bread.
2. Make ready 2 of small onion.
3. Prepare 1 of tomato.
4. It’s 1 of capsicum.
5. You need 8-9 of garlic cloves.
6. You need 1 tbsp of oil.
7. You need 1/4 cup of Boiled corns.
8. It’s to taste of Salt.
9. Take 1 tsp of Red chilli flakes.
10. Take to taste of Garam masala.

Brushetta instructions

1. Wash and chop onions,tomato and capsicum. Peel off the skin of garlic and wash it and then crush it.
2. Take a pan add oil into it. Now add onion, tomato, capsicum and crushed garlic into it and saute it for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add boiled corns into it and then add salt to taste, red chilli flakes and garam masala into it and mix them all and keep it aside..
4. Now take bread (kulcha) divide into halves and divide into other halves..means to four parts of it and now heap the pan and apply oil over it and cook both the sides of all the four parts..
5. Now after cooking both sides apply the cooked veggies material over it as shown in picture. Now apply ketchup over it and serve it..
