1. Dry roast the peanuts on low flame for 2-3 mins. Then cool it down a bit, remove the skin..

3. In a pan add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water, keep for boiling until 1 string consistency is reached. Now keep on low flame, add the ground peanut powder..
4. Mix well on low flame, once the mixture in thickened, add cardamom powder and ghee. Mix well..
5. Now tranfer the mixture to a flat greased (using ghee) surface. Let it become warm, now using pulm knead a dough. Flatten using roller pin, cut into barfi shape..
