- Peel off the Hog plums and wash. Cut every hog plum in 4 pisces. Put it in a bowl..
- Add salt, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garlic paste, black salt, 1 teaspoon "panch phoron" powder, Sugar as required and white vinegar into it. Give it a Perfect mix. Keep it aside for 3-4 hours..
- Now, Take a large frypan, put 1 tablespoon mustard oil and heat it on stove. Put cardamom and bay leaves with garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon whole grain "panch phoron". Fry it 1 munites..
