Ingredients of Mixed Dal Dosa
- You need 2 glass of raw rice.
- Take 1/4 glass of green split moong dal.
- Make ready 1/4 glass of yellow moong dal.
- Make ready 1/4 glass of black masoor dal.
- Take 1/4 glass of tuvar dal.
- Prepare 1/2 glass of urad dal.
- Make ready 1 tsp of methi (fenugreek)seeds.
- Prepare 10 of dry red chillies.
- It’s 1/2 inch of ginger.
- It’s 4-5 of green chillies.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Hing/asafoetida.
- Prepare 1 cup of baby onions.
- Prepare As needed of curry leaves.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- It’s as needed of Oil.
Mixed Dal Dosa instructions
- Firstly measure all the dals and rice and put it in a big vessel.
- Put the methi seeds and dry red chillies.Then wash it well and soak it for 5 to 6 hours..
- Then drain the water and grind it. Put salt and hing and mix well..
- Now in the same mixer jar put the baby onions, green chillies, ginger & curry leaves and grind it..
- Now add this ground mixture in the batter and keep aside for a few minutes..
- Now heat a tawa and when hot take a laddle full of batter and spread in circular motion to form a Dosa.Drizzle oil on sides and top of the Dosa and let it cook from both sides..
- Serve hot with chutney, thokku or molgapodi.
