Ingredients of Mixed Dal Dosa

  1. You need 2 glass of raw rice.
  2. Take 1/4 glass of green split moong dal.
  3. Make ready 1/4 glass of yellow moong dal.
  4. Make ready 1/4 glass of black masoor dal.
  5. Take 1/4 glass of tuvar dal.
  6. Prepare 1/2 glass of urad dal.
  7. Make ready 1 tsp of methi (fenugreek)seeds.
  8. Prepare 10 of dry red chillies.
  9. It’s 1/2 inch of ginger.
  10. It’s 4-5 of green chillies.
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Hing/asafoetida.
  12. Prepare 1 cup of baby onions.
  13. Prepare As needed of curry leaves.
  14. Take to taste of Salt.
  15. It’s as needed of Oil.

Mixed Dal Dosa instructions

  1. Firstly measure all the dals and rice and put it in a big vessel.
  2. Put the methi seeds and dry red chillies.Then wash it well and soak it for 5 to 6 hours..
  3. Then drain the water and grind it. Put salt and hing and mix well..
  4. Now in the same mixer jar put the baby onions, green chillies, ginger & curry leaves and grind it..
  5. Now add this ground mixture in the batter and keep aside for a few minutes..
  6. Now heat a tawa and when hot take a laddle full of batter and spread in circular motion to form a Dosa.Drizzle oil on sides and top of the Dosa and let it cook from both sides..
  7. Serve hot with chutney, thokku or molgapodi.
