- Firstly take a foxtail millets packet cut the packet taka a big bowl and pour 250 grams foxtail millets wash it normal water 💦 and soak in the water for 15 minutes..
- Take all the above ingredients, chopped all the vegetables and wash them one by one..

- Add oil and ghee to it if oil is hot add cumin seeds saute for a minutes, after that add cinnamon stick, bay leaf, black pepper, green cardamon, big cardamon, cloves, and again saute for 5 minutes after that add tomatoe, green chillie Ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute, then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder,garam masala and mix well..
- Add salt as per taste add vegetables in its d saute for one minute, now add little bit water foxtail millets to the cooker..
- Mix well for a minute till the water evaporate add again water as per requirement add mint leaves and Corainder leaves..
- Cover the lid pressure cooker allow to 2 visel and afterwards switch the cooker and open the lid now our foxtail millets pulao is ready to serve..
