  4. With above sugar added water let's make dough.For that gradually pour water and make a tight dough…Then grease it with some oil..
  5. Make equal portion of the dough and then roll it in a thin cylindrical shape as shown in the picture…
  6. Take all cylindrical one by one and cut it in a equal small pieces…
  7. Now with the help of Purri press Machine make small Mathiya(puri shape) and put in on a newspaper one by one.
  8. While doing this on the other side heat a oil in kadai or pan and fry all Mathiya one by one..
  9. Press all mathiyas and fry it at that time.Take it in the bowl…when all Mathiyas fried fill it in a air tight container. You can have it as snack with tea or as a biting also..
