Ingredients of Sev Usal
- Prepare 2 cup of green peas Soaked.
- You need 1 of big size Potato.
- It’s 2 of medium size onion finely chopped.
- It’s 1 cup of tomato puree.
- Make ready of Oil.
- Take 1 of tspn mustard.
- Take 1 of tblspn

- Make ready 1/2 of tspn Turmeric.
- Make ready 1 of tspn Garam masala.
- It’s 1 of tblspn coriander powder.
- It’s of Some coriander leaves chopped.
- You need 1 cup of finely chopped onion.
- It’s 2 cup of sev.
Sev Usal step by step
- Take soaked peas and Potato. Pressure cook it. Give 5 to 6 whistles. Peas should be cooked properly..
- Mash it..
- Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add mustard. Let it crackle. Add chopped onion and green chillies, garlic and ginger crushed. Saute for some time..
- Add tomato puree. Cook it for some time.
- Add all masala and cook it for some time. Add salt..
- Add mashed potatoes and peas mixture. Add some water too. Let it boils for some time. Serve with sev and green chutney. Serve hot..
