Ragda Pattice Chaat instructions
- For Ragda - pressure cook it - peas and Potato. Once it is boiled, mash it.
- Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard. Once mustard crackled add onion. Saute for some time..
- Add tomato puree, masala and salt..
- Add mashed potatoes and peas mixture. Add some water. Let it boils. Add chopped coriander leaves..
- For Pattice - take boiled potatoes. Mash it. Add masala and mix it well. Give shape it like a Pattice..
- I deep fried it but if you wish you can shallow fry it..
- Take some Ragda. Arrange patties on that. Sprinkle with some onion and green coriander leaves. Serve hot..
