  1. Cut garlic and a half of jalapeno to bite size pieces..
  2. On medium high heat add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and saute bacon into a skillet ..
  3. Once bacon is brown and the garlic and jalapeno, saute for another 30sec (don't want the garlic to burn)..
