- Cut garlic and a half of jalapeno to bite size pieces..
- On medium high heat add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and saute bacon into a skillet ..
- Once bacon is brown and the garlic and jalapeno, saute for another 30sec (don't want the garlic to burn)..
- Add the kale and spinach, lemon pepper seasoning, and squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Kale and spinach will cook down..
