Green salad step by step
Wash all veggies before cutting and then cut lettuce and other vegetables separately. Wash again with clean water & little vinegar until well washed, strain it in a colander and allow the water to drain.
For the mayo dressing, I used 1 big bama mayonnaise, add 1/4 cup of white vinger,1/2 cup of veg oil, 3 seasoning cubes, pinch of black pepper, then beat & mix until smooth and well combined.
Mix the vegetables and garnish with sweet corn, red kidney beans, boiled eggs, then spread the mayo dressing, add veggies and repeat the process,add caramelized onions, sliced cucumber and other veggies..
You can use baked beans and salad cream if you want. Enjoy 😋.
