Ingredients of Methi na gota / pakoda

  1. Make ready 1/2 cup of water.
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of oil.

  9. It’s 1/4 tsp of turmeric.
  10. Take 1/2 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
  11. Take pinch of hing / asafoetida.
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  13. It’s 3/4 tsp of salt.
  14. You need 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
  15. Take 3/4 cup of fenugreek leaves / methi, finely chopped.
  16. You need 3 tbsp of coriander, finely chopped.
  17. It’s 2 tbsp of rava / semolina / suji, fine.
  18. Make ready 1 cup of besan / gram flour.
  19. Prepare of oil for frying.

  3. Whisk and mix to form a lump free thick batter. drop the batter into hot oil forming small balls. stir occasionally making sure the pakoda are cooked completely..
