Ingredients of Dal Dhokli
- Make ready 2 cup of wheat flour.
- Take 3 cups of arhar dal.
- Take 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need To taste of Salt.
- It’s of for Tempering.
- It’s 2 tbsp of ghee.
- You need 1 tsp of chopped garlic.
- Make ready 2 of red chillies.
- You need 1 tsp of amchor(dry mango) Powder.
Dal Dhokli step by step
- Soak dal for 30 mins then cook with 3 cup of water, salt and turmeric.
- Knead flour, make thick roti, cut into diamond shape.
- Put these in cooking dal now put cover on cooker and cook for 2-3 whistles on slow to medium flame.
- Let the steam out open lid and amchur powder and prepare tempring.
- Heat oil add garlic and red chill cook till it become golden brown.
- Now pour on dish and serve hot… Enjoy.
