Ingredients of Khaman Dhokla
- It’s cup of Besan-11/2.
- You need cup of Curd-1.
- Prepare of Turmeric-1/2spoon.
- Make ready spoon of Mustard seeds-1.
- Prepare of Curry leaves-8-7.
- Take of Green chilly-3-4 slits.
- Take of Coriander leaves(garnishing).
- Prepare of Eno fruit salt.
- Prepare of Salt to taste.
- Take 1/2 of Lemon juice-.
- It’s of Sugar-1spoon.
Khaman Dhokla instructions
- Take a bowl add 11/2 cup besan and 1 cup curd mix it well and add water as required rest it for 20-25 mins.
- Now after 20-25 mins add eno, lemon juice and salt pour it into mold about 15-20 min for steam.
- After 15-20 min check the dhokla and let it cool down and de-mold it..
- Now get ready for tadka take pan heat oil 2-spoon add mustard seeds, jeera, and sugar mix it with spoon, green chilly, curry leaves, garnish it with coriander leavesand atlast off the flame add water into it and temper the dhokla…
- Now cut it into small pieces and serve it with mint chutney or imli sauce.
- Serve it hot and it's yummy….
