Ingredients of Besan Bhaji
- You need of Besan as required.
- You need of Green chillies finely chopped.
- Prepare of Water as required.
- It’s 1 cup of onions finely chopped.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of Ajwain.
- You need of Oil as required.
- It’s of Coriander leaves for garnish.
- You need of Salt to taste.
Besan Bhaji step by step
- In a pan add oil, once heated add ajwain.
- Next add green chillies and onions and little salt cook till it gets transculent once onion cooked add 4 tbsp besan and cook for 5 min.
- Once it cooks add 4 tbsp more besan and again cook it nicely to avoid lumps and cook on slow to medium flame.
- Now combine everything well and add salt if its needed lastly add 2 tbsp water to moist the mixture and finish it with adding finely chopped coriander.
- Garnish it with coriander leaf and serve hot with chapati..
