Ingredients of Mewa Paag

- Take 1 tbsp of chirongi.

- You need 1/2 cup of water.

Mewa Paag instructions
- First add 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan or wok and roast the makhana until light golden and crisp, keep them out in a plate,let them cool slightly and then crush..
- In the same pan add coconut flakes and rost for 2mins on low flame while stir continuously..
- In the same way roast cashews, Almonds, melon seeds and keep them out in a plate..
- Next add sugar, water and cardamom powder in a pan to make sugar syrup. cook until you get 1 string consistency..
- Once done add roasted, crushed makhana and all dry fruits to the sugar syrup and mix until well combined..
- Immediately spread the mixture into the greased tray, sprinkle some poppy seeds and pistachios on top. give cut marks on it to get desired pieces..
