Awesome Potatoes step by step

1. wash and Cut potatoes in thin slices and try to leave them in potato form..
2. Place potatoes on pan, ontop drizzle oil and butter evenly… make sure to season potatoes with Salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and red chilli peppers..
3. Add chopped onions tomatoes and jalapenos in the middle. (I like to put them ontop of my potatoes when i serve my plate).
4. Cover with Foil. Pre heat oven at 375° F. Let potatoes cook for 50 mins..
5. Last but not least, make sure potatoes are cooked, take off foil, sprinkle cheese ontop of potatoes and let it sit in the oven for an extra 5 mins so the cheese can melt.
