Soak the skewers in water..
Cut the chicken breast into cubes, in a pan add mayonnaise, melted butter, crushed scotch bonnets and onion, tomato sauce, spice,maggi and mix them together. Add the chicken to the sauce mixture..
Arrange the chicken cutlets in the skewers and allow to marinate for an hour. Grill the chicken by adding the remaining sauce on top of the chicken..
