- Make ready 1/4 cup of Moong dal.

- It’s 2 tsp of Coriander powder.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Chopped tomatoes.
- You need 2 tbsp of Chopped coriander.
- It’s 2-3 of Red chilli.
- Take 1 tsp of chopped garlic.
- Take 2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of butter.
- You need as needed of water.
Dhaba Style Tuvar dal tadka step by step
- Firstly soak both the lentils in water for about 1 hour..
- Then, wash it properly and transfer it into pressure cooker. In it add 2tsp of turmeric and salt and 2 glass of water.Cook it in a pressure cooker for about 8 mins with 2 whistle..
- Then after that, transfer the whole dal mixture into another utensils.Now in it add chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander, red chilli powder,coriander powder and salt.Again cook it in a medium high flame for about 7 mins so that tomatoes and all the masala get properly mixed with the dal..
- At last, for tempting : In a pan add 2 tsp of oil and 2 tbsp of butter.Then add cumin seeds wait until it crackle now add chopped garlic, red chillies, red chilli powder, and chopped coriander leaves..
