  1. Sabse pahle methi leaves ko kar kar dho le.
  2. Cooker m dhuli hui tuar Dal aur methi leaves Dal kar usme haldi namak Mila kar ubal le.
  3. Pan m ghee 1 tasp garam karein usme Hing, jeera dale phir onion and tomato Dal kar fry karein.
  4. Fry hone per usme garam masala red chilli powder dal kar mix karein aur ubli hui Dal m tadka lgaye.
