- Sabse pahle methi leaves ko kar kar dho le.
- Cooker m dhuli hui tuar Dal aur methi leaves Dal kar usme haldi namak Mila kar ubal le.
- Pan m ghee 1 tasp garam karein usme Hing, jeera dale phir onion and tomato Dal kar fry karein.
- Fry hone per usme garam masala red chilli powder dal kar mix karein aur ubli hui Dal m tadka lgaye.
- Ab garama garam rice ya chapati ke sath serve karein.
