3. It’s 1 cube of or grated processed cheese.
4. Prepare 1 packet of single maggi.
5. Make ready as per taste of Salt.
6. Make ready as per taste of Red chilli powder.
7. Make ready 1 Sachet of Maggi masala.
8. You need 3-4 tbsp of tomato sauce.
9. Take 3-4 of spring onion.
10. Take 1 of small carrot.
11. Prepare 1 of small bell pepper.
12. You need 3-4 tbsp of cooking oil.
13. You need 1 tbsp of mayonnaise.

Cheese Maggi stuffed cheese bell pepper instructions

1. In a pan add 2 tbps of cooking oil. Add 1 small finely chopped carrot. Saute for 1 minute at medium flame..
2. Now add chopped spring onion to it and saute for 1 minute more. Then add chopped capsicum and saute for another one minute..
3. Now add salt, red chilli powder, Maggi masala, tomato sauce and mix them well..
4. Now add 1 cheese cube grated and mix well..
5. Now add 2 cup water and Maggi and cook till water is completely soaked. Cheese maggi stuffing is ready..
6. Now take bell pepper and cut a window of bell pepper top..
7. Now in a pan add 1 tbps cooking oil and roast them or bake them slightly.
8. Now take bell pepper, inside it coat with mayonnaise and tomato sauce and fill cheese maggi stuffing. And cover with 1/3 cheese slice..
9. Now roast or bake for another 2 minutes at low flame. Cheese Maggi stuff bell pepper is ready to serve.
