Ingredients of Bean Salad
- It’s 15.5 oz of kidney beans.
- Take 15.5 oz of black eyed peas.

- Prepare 2 cloves of garlic; finely minced.

- Prepare 1 bunch of scallions; thinly sliced.
- You need 1/2 of green bell pepper; small dice.
- Make ready 1/2 bundle of cilantro; chiffonade.
- Take 1/3 C of yellow onion; small dice.
- It’s 1/3 C of red onion; small dice.
- Prepare 1/2 C of white wine vinegar.
- Take 1 of large pinch kosher salt.
- Take 1 of drizzle EVOO.
