Ingredients of Spicy raw mango lacha Achar

  1. Prepare 600 gm of Raw mango.
  2. Take 1/2 packet of Achar (pickle)masala.
  3. You need 3 tsp of red chilli powder.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of haldi/ Turmeric powder.
  5. It’s To taste of salt.
  6. You need 200 ml of Mustard oil.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of onion seeds.
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of mustard dal yellow.
  9. Make ready 1 tsp of Mathi (fenugreek seeds).
  10. Prepare 2 tsp of white vinegar.
  11. It’s 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  12. Take 2 tsp of saunf(fennel seeds).

Mango chutney is sweet and sour lightly spiced relish with a chunky texture that makes a perfect condiment.Peel the skins off and shred the fruit.Heat oil in a sauce pan over medium heat.Add nigella (kalonji) and whole red chili, stir for few seconds.

  2. Then transfer it in a bowl add red chilli powder,salt, tarmaric powder now heat oil add onion seeds,put this Oil in boil..
  3. Now add mustard dal,sour powder and cummin seeds grind it and put it in bowl..
  4. Add 1/2 packet Achar masala and mix it well.
  5. Mix it well and add 2,3tsp white vinegar mix it well again it is ready..
  6. Fill it in air tide contaner after two days ready to serve.
