Ingredients of Roasted Eggs
- Make ready 2 of Eggs.
- Take 2 cup of water for boiled it.
- Make ready Pinch of salt.
- You need of 👉 for roast.
- Take Pinch of salt.
- Take 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Red chilli.
- Make ready 2 tbls of Gram flour(bhasan).
- It’s 2 tbls of oil for roast.
- Take 1 tsp of kassori mathi.
- You need of Water as required.
Roasted Eggs step by step
- Wash your hand say bismiAllah and droud shareef.
- Take a pan add 2 cup water and pinch of salt boiled eggs for 10 min.
- After 10 min remove from flame add chill water and rest for 2-3 min then remove it's shells and cut from mid.
- Now prepare your roast masala take all spices.
- Mix well with gram flour.
- Make a paste (zyda thick na ho or na he boht zyda thin) and apply on all eggs.
- While third time take a non-stick pan drizzle 2 tblsp oil and fry it on low medium flame.
- Untill golden colour.
- Now take it out on kitchen towel then décor your platter and enjoy ❤.
