Ingredients of Cajun shrimp and rice scampi

  1. You need 2 of small red chiles minced.
  2. It’s 1 of med jalepeno minced.
  3. It’s 4 of garlic cloves minced.
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup of fine chopped celery.
  5. It’s 1/4 cup of fine chopped green bell.
  6. It’s 1/2 cup of fine chopped onion.

Cajun shrimp and rice scampi step by step

  9. Plate rice and top with the saucy Cajun shrimp, parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
