Preheat oven to 180C.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla, chocolate essence well until creamy, for about 5 minutes..
Take a bowl add Maida, coco powder and baking powder mix with a spatula..
Pour coffee(dissolved in water) in egg batter then add maida batter and oil.
And mix with hand whisker..
Take cup cake tray. place cup cake papers then pour the mixture in cup cake tray.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and take it out of oven when it’s still moist..
Now Chocolate cup cake ready and serve with coffee..
