Ingredients of Florida Special

1. Prepare 11/2 lbs of ground beef.

3. Take 1 of small onion.
4. Take 1 can of kidney bean drained and rinsed.
5. Make ready 1 jar (16 oz) of salsa.
6. Prepare 2 boxes of jiff mix corn bread.

Florida Special instructions

1. Cook meat and onion together, drain once cooked.
2. Add manwich, kidney beans and salsa to the meat.
3. Cook for about 5-10 minutes.
4. Pour in a baking dish.
5. Prepare the corn muffin mix as directed on the box, and spread over the top of the mixture.
6. Bake at 400 until the corn muffin topping is baked 15-20 minute s.
