  2. Prepare of Fresh Water snail.

  1. Cook rice for 30mins……stew for 20mins.
  2. Wash rice into a pot,add water n a little quantity of salt to taste n boil utill its soft..put the pot down as soon as its dry.
  3. For the stew get your fresh water snail,season it. Set ur pot, add groundnut oil when its a little bit hot.. Add your onion n fresh tomatoe and allow to fry, then add thin tomatoe and your seasonings,then add pepper, salt n maggi to taste and add water in bit… Allow to cook for 10mins.Now your stew is ready.
  4. For the cucumber,wash it with clean water and slice into my desired shape n size.
  5. Always stire your stew when cooking so it doesn't get burnt or stick to the pot.
