- It’s 1 cup of Boiled and crushed sweet corns.
- It’s 2 of Green chillies.
- It’s 1 of Boiled potato.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of Corn flour.
- Make ready as required of Chopped green coriander.
- Take as per taste of Salt.
- Take as required of Bread crumbs for coating.
- You need 2 tbsp of Maida.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Garam masala.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Grated Cheddar cheese.
- Prepare as required of Oil for deep frying.
Cheese Corn Balls step by step
- Make a batter, mix maida and water.
- Take a bowl mix boiled corn,potato, green chillies, salt, corn flour,garam masala,grated cheese, chopped green coriander and make balls and dip into maida batter then coat bread crumbs on it. Keep aside and freeze for 30 mins..
- Now in a kadhai pour oil and deep- fry corn cheese balls and serve with tomato ketchup..
