Daal makhni is a popular dish from Punjab (India). The primary ingredients are whole black lentil, red kidney beans, butter and cream.

Ingredients of Maah makhni

  1. You need 1 cup of daal black lentil soak for atleast 3 hours.save gas.
  2. Make ready 1 of big chopped onion.
  3. Take 1 of big chopped tomato.
  4. Prepare 2 of chopped green chilli.
  5. Make ready of Ginger garlic 8 to 10 piece chopped.
  6. It’s 1 tablespoon of salt.
  7. You need 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil.
  9. Make ready 1 tablespoon of turmeric.
  10. It’s Half of tablespoon coriander powder.
  11. Make ready 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds.
  12. Prepare 1 tablespoon of cumin powder.
  13. You need 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds.
  14. It’s 1 of hot pepper or sabut red chilli.
  15. Make ready of Few red kidney beans.

  3. Now blend dry things mentioned.coriender seeds+cumin seeds+hot pepper+red chilli powder+cumin powder+coriander powder.sorry if something forgot.pls add all the left spices.
  4. Now in one hot pan for tadka or curry put some oil and roast chopped onion.
  5. Make it browned and add tomatoes with blended mixture.
  6. At very low flame add some water and stir it for 6 to 7 minutes.
  7. Now add it in daal and boil openly until daal perfectly mixed with tadka or curry..
  8. In the end add fresh cream one scoop.yummy nutritional daal is ready.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves to make more nutritious and flavorful.
