Take a bowl add milk, oil, sugar and give it a good mix with the help if whisker.
Add maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla essence and coffee water.Mix it well,there should be no lumps and then add vinegar to it.Give it a good mix..
Take a kadhai, add a salt to it, cover with plate and preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame..
After 10 minutes, taking cupcakes tray, add cups to the tray and add your batter to the cups..
Put cup cakes tray in kadhai, cover with plate and bake for 20-25 minutes in medium flame..
After 20-25 minutes, check your cup cakes.You can insert toothpick or pin to check with if it's baked from inside.You can also add chocolate chips on top(Optional).
