  1. Take 1 of big size corn cob.
  2. It’s 2 of boiled and mashed potatoes.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of mashed cottage cheese/paneer.
  4. You need 1 inch of piece of ginger grated.
  5. It’s 2 of chopped green chillies.
  6. Make ready 1 teaspoon of salt.
  7. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
  8. You need 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  9. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
  10. You need 1/2 teaspoon of chat masala powder.
  11. Make ready 2 tablespoon of corn flour.
  12. Make ready 1/4 cup of bread crumbs.
  13. Prepare of Oil for frying.

Corn Cheese Balls /Kababs instructions

  1. Boil corn cobs with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar along water water after cool separate corn kernnels.
  2. Then grind to make a coarse paste.
  3. In a big vessel mix corn paste boiled and masshed potatoes grated cottage cheese/paneer with grated ginger chopped chillies and all the dry powders along with other mentioned ingredients mix well all the ingredients.
  4. Dissolve corn flour in water.
  5. Make balls out of the corn mixture and dip in corn paste one by one.
  6. Roll all the balls in bread crumbs.
  7. Coat all the balls in bread crumbs.
  8. Fry all the balls in hot oil on medium flame till golden brown in colour one by one.
  9. Take them out in a plate and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
