Kalaji Recipe. KalaJi is the second project of Twisted Kala (Psytrance). He currently plays for Al-Ittihad, which competes in the Syrian League the top division in Syria.
You can have Kalaji using 10 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Kalaji
Take Half kg of Kalaji.
Make ready 1 tab sp of garlic paste.
Take 1 tea sp of salt.
Take half Tea spoon of black pepper.
It’s 4 tab sps of oil.
It’s half tea sp of zeera.
Prepare half tea sp of dharamirch.
It’s half tea sp of haldi.
You need 1 tab sp of lemon juice.
Prepare 1 of green chilli.

Kalaji instructions
In oil put garlic paste..
When it seems golden put kalaji..fry it few min..
Then add salt,black pepper, zeera, dhara mirch,haldi.
Then fry it again for few min and add lemon juice…
Put green chilli and cover the pan for 5 min…
Kalaji is ready to serve…
