- Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.

- Take 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Take 2 tsp of kashmiri chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
- Make ready 1 tsp of kasuri methi.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of butter.
- Take 1 cup of hot water.
- You need 100 g of fresh cream.
- Make ready 1 tbspn of coriander leaves chopped.
Butter Chicken Pasta instructions
- To cook pasta.Boil water in a large pot enough to cook macaroni. Add salt and oil when water boils add macaroni and cook pasta. Drain and keep it aside..
- Marinate chicken with the ingredients mentioned in the marinade.Heat a pan add oil and fry them..
- To the same pan add 1 tbsp butter add chopped onion and saute..
- Add 1/2 tsp each ginger-garlic paste..
- Add chopped tomatoes and saute till it mash up well..
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder,coriander powder, cashew nuts and saute..
- Add 1/2 tsp of cumin powder,garam masala and kasuri methi. Combine well and switch off the flame. Let it cool..

- Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil and butter. Add rest of the ginger-garlic paste and saute. When it starts to brown add grinded masala and saute..
- Add 1 cup of hot water and boil..
- Add fresh cream, rest of kasuri methi and garam masala and mix well. Check for salt..
- Add the fried chicken, mix it well.Switch off when the sauce starts to thicken. Add chopped coriander leaves into it..
- Take a large pot, add the cooked pasta and pour the sauce over it.Mix well..
