  1. Prepare 1 cup of spinach chopped.
  2. You need 10 of cheese slices.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of paneer crushed.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of green chilli, garlic and ginger paste.
  5. Prepare 2 of boiled potatoes mashed.
  6. You need 2 tbsp of rice flour.
  7. It’s 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  8. Make ready to taste of Salt.
  9. You need 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder.
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup of bread crumbs.
  11. You need of Oil for deep frying.

Spinach Cheese Balls step by step

  1. Wash the palak twice or thrice nicely. Chopped the palak and grind coarsely. Once it is done keep aside..
  2. Take a bowl. Add grind palak, paneer, boiled potatoes, red chilli powder, green chilli, ginger and garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, rice flour, bread crumbs and salt. Mix…. well. There will be no lumps on it..
  3. From the mixture make a small ball. Stuff cheese slices and close the edges and make a small ball in shape. Repeat the same procedure. Once it is done. Keep aside..
  4. Heat oil in Kadai. Once the oil is slightly hot. Dip fry the cheese balls in low flame. Once it become light brown in colour. Transfer to a kitchen paper. Soak all the excess oil. Once it is done..
