Lobster Manwich step by step

1. bring crab boil in a large pot to a boil.

6. add old bay seasoning to taste.
7. chop green onions and combine with chopped lobster in a large mixing bowl.
8. slowly add Mayo, making sure to lightly coat lobster.
9. toast hoagies in the oven at 350°.
10. use 8-10 oz of lobster salad in each bun.
11. top sandwich with pico de gallo, and sprinkle old bay over the top.
12. enjoy.
