  1. For green puree:- Wash all the greens then blanch the palak..
  2. Add blanched palak, coriander leaves, mint leaves in a blender and make smooth paste..
  3. For dough:- In a large bowl mix flour, salt, oil and mix well. Add green puree 1cup and mix well. Add water as required to make a smooth dough. Knead well for 3-4 minutes..
  4. For stuffing:- Combine all the ingredients and mix well..
  5. For paratha:- Divide the dough into equal parts and make small balls with the help of your palm..
  6. Roll them out as you do for normal roti..
  7. Now take a sharp knife and make cut as shown in the pic. Place 1 tbsp stuffing in the centre of the rolled out roti..
  8. Now alternately start wrapping it the same way we do while making a hair braid but do it with a safe hand. Give fish shape..
  9. Take black pepper and place it just on the top of the paratha..
  10. Hot non stick pan/tawa and place fish shaped patatha on it..
  11. Drop some ghee/butter when it gets little brown spots on one side and do the same for both sides..
  12. Cook till they are crisp and get golden brown colour..
  13. Serve hot with tomato sauce, curd or green chutney as liked..
