  1. It’s 1 bowl of yellow Moong dal.
  2. It’s 2 of mungdal papad.
  3. It’s 1 of Onion.
  4. Take 4-5 of garlic clove.
  5. Prepare 1 piece of ginger.
  6. Prepare 1 of tomato.
  7. Prepare 1 pinch of heeng.
  8. Make ready 1 of green chilli.
  9. Prepare 4 tablespoon of ghee.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of jeera.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of haldi.
  12. It’s 1 tbsp of dhaniya powder.
  13. You need 1 tbsp of chilli powder.
  14. It’s of Salt as per taste.
  15. You need of Lemon juice.

This recipe will give you a very flavorful dish that you can serve with.Round and thin Papads are an nice accompaniment to meals.Semi dry the rolled papads on big mats in the shade.Next day, dry them on both the sides under direct sunlight.

Mung dal papad bhaji step by step

  1. First soak the mungdal for 1 hour..
  2. Now take a pan and put the ghee..
  3. Wen it becomes hot add heeng and jeera..
  4. Let it splutter.
  5. Now add chopped garlic and ginger and green chilli…
  6. Fry it for ½ min..
  7. Wen garlic becomes golden brown add chopped onion..
  8. Cook it for 5 min..
  9. Dein add all spices.and cook for 1 min..
  10. Now add chopped tomato..
  11. Cook it for 5 min add water…
  12. Boil it once..And drain the water from dal..
  13. Now add dal and crushed papad in the water..
  14. And cook it till water soaked…
  15. Check the dal to press it between Your fingers…Wen it becomes soft..It means it is done…
  16. If it's hard dein cook it for sometime..If u need more water dein add it according to requirement…
  17. When it cooked add lemon juice and green Coriander if u want and serve it with chapati….
