Ingredients of Dal Makhni
- Take 100 gms of Kale sabut urad.
- It’s 25 gms of Rajma.
- Prepare 4 of Tomatoes.
- Make ready 2 of Green chillies.
- Take 2 Inch of Ginger ka tukda.
- It’s 3-4 tbsp of Cream fresh.
- Prepare 1-2 tbsp of Desi ghee.
- Make ready 2 pinches of Hing.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Jeera.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of Methi kasoori.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder (degi).
- Make ready to taste of Salt-.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Hara dhaniya chopped.
- Take 2 tsp of Sarson ka oil.
- It’s 1 tsp of Garam masala.
- You need 1/2 glass of Milk.

- Urad aur rajma ko dho kar pressure cooker mein Paani Dal kar,,2 tsp sarson ka oil dalkar 5-6 seeti aane tak ubal lijiye.
